We take pride in our premium quality products, and we are positive you will love Baiiad products. 

If, for some reason, you need to return your item, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of a receive date. Items need to be unworn, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. We will process a refund to the original form of payment. Please allow 2-4 business days for a refund after we receive returned items; once the return is processed you will receive an email confirmation. 

 We will refund the price of the item (excluding any shipping, customs, duties, taxes or additional fees that may have applied to your order) upon receiving the returned product. Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.

Please note that Baiiad Gift Cards are non-refundable.
